To differentiate itself in the extended stay market and also within the Hyatt portfolio, Hyatt House turned to RO NEW YORK for a full brand evolution. After a comprehensive competitive analysis, we found that Hyatt House’s reason-to-be lies in its premium living accommodations and self-sufficient experience, and we built the brand’s story, positioning, mission, and DNA around this idea. We then translated this ownable verbal identity into a warm, yet contemporary visual identity and experience.
